Our store is hosted by " Shopify ", they provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell you our products and services.
OBJECT
The present conditions aim to define the modalities of order placement, payment and delivery between the website https://artists-see-ghosts.com and the customer.
PRODUCTS
All the products on sale on the site https://artists-see-ghosts.com are proposed within the limit of stocks available.
The Products available on the site are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
However, ASG CORPORATION shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions in this presentation.
The photographs of the products offered may vary slightly (colors, sizes, shape).
ORDER PROCESS
The customer can choose items from our product range and put them in his "Shopping Cart".
By clicking on the "Order" button, the customer finalizes the order of the products in the Basket.
The customer will then be asked to provide us with his/her personal data (including payment data).
Before finalizing an order, the customer can at any time view and modify the details of his order.
It is also mandatory to accept these GTC before placing an order.
Otherwise it will not be possible to order products on the Website.
The placing of your order constitutes a sales contract between the customer and the company, subject to the availability of the ordered products.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All our parcels are sent via the services of LA POSTE except for large prints which are sent via the services of CHRONOPOST.
Shipping costs for all orders placed in Metropolitan France are fixed and indicated by the Seller in the form filled out at the time of the Order.
The Seller undertakes to process the Order within thirty days from the day following the validation of the Order, unless otherwise indicated. The times indicated are average times and correspond to the time required to process, prepare and dispatch the Order (from the warehouse).
They start as soon as the order is validated.
SENDING
Unless otherwise indicated, all items purchased are shipped within 20 working days after the order, although most are shipped within 10 to 12 working days.
Your shipment may take up to 3 weeks to arrive due to high volume.

RESPONSIBILITY
ASG CORPORATION is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and packages damaged during transit or delivery, please contact the courier directly in order to solve any problems that may arise upon transit or delivery.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

This period is extended until the 1st following working day, if it expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition with the order number.

PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
The prices of the products are displayed in euros.
For orders to countries outside the European Union, the Customer will be asked to pay customs duties upon delivery.
SECURE PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately upon ordering, and is made by credit card via the secure system provided by the payment provider Stripe Payments Europe, Limited.
The information transmitted is encrypted according to the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport on the network.
Once the payment is initiated by the Customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information.
In accordance with Article L. 132-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code,the commitment to pay by card is irrevocable.
By communicating his banking information at the time of the sale, the Customer authorizes the Seller to debit his card for the amount relating to the price indicated.
The Customer confirms that he is the legal holder of the card to be debited and that he is legally entitled to use it.
We do not have access to your credit card details and numbers. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption, guaranteeing both the identity of the payment organization and the confidentiality of the data.
Payment in installments is not allowed.
GUARANTEES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICES
All Products on sale on the Website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (L211-4 of the French Consumer Code) allowing the User to return defective or non-compliant products.
